4. Voice & Likeness Protection / AI Restrictions

Clients and website users expressly agree to the following:

  1. No portion of Sandra Manwiller’s recordings may be used to create synthetic, cloned, or simulated voices.

  2. Recordings may not be used for machine learning, artificial intelligence, text-to-speech, or speech-to-speech technologies.

  3. Users may not create any “digital double,” synthesized voice, or simulated likeness.

  4. Users may not sell, license, transfer, or provide recordings to third parties for AI or synthetic voice purposes.

  5. Users may not enter agreements on behalf of Sandra Manwiller involving AI usage of her recordings.

  6. Clients must use good-faith efforts to protect audio files from unauthorized access, including secure storage and encryption if stored in cloud environments.

Use of recordings for AI training or synthetic replication is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Services & Payments

Voiceover services are booked on a project basis.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

  • Bank Transfer

  • Check

  • Invoice payments

All services are one-time engagements. No subscriptions or recurring billing plans are offered.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Withholding of deliverables

  • Legal collection action

Outstanding payments remain due even if services are terminated.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final.

Due to the custom and performance-based nature of voiceover services, refunds are not offered once work has been completed or delivered.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content is the intellectual property of Sandra Manwiller, including but not limited to:

  • Voice recordings

  • Demo material

  • Text and messaging

  • Branding and design

  • Images and media

  • Downloadable files

No content may be copied, reused, repurposed, or redistributed without express written permission.

This website exists solely to advertise voiceover services. No materials are licensed for reuse.

9. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Redistribution of content

  • Harassment or abusive communication

  • Spam or solicitation

  • Illegal use of materials

  • Hate speech

  • Unauthorized AI training using Sandra Manwiller’s voice

Violation may result in service termination and legal action.

10. Suspension & Termination

Services or access may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Non-payment

  • Harassment

  • Intellectual property theft

  • Terms violations

  • Unauthorized AI or voice cloning use

Termination does not remove payment obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

All website use and service engagement is at your own risk.

Sandra Manwiller is not liable for:

  • Website downtime or technical errors

  • Third-party platform failures

  • Client dissatisfaction beyond agreed revisions

  • Loss of income or business outcomes

12. Legal Disputes

In the event of a dispute:

  1. A cease-and-desist notice may be issued.

  2. If unresolved, legal action may proceed.

Users found in violation agree to cover associated legal fees.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

All disputes, regardless of user location, will be resolved within this jurisdiction.
